We are a company based in Germany – with the aim of rethinking high-quality sleeping comfort.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in a traditional family business in Italy – with the utmost care, extensive experience, and the highest quality standards.

Are your products durable?

Yes – we place the greatest emphasis on quality, durability, and thoughtful design. Our materials and workmanship are engineered for long-term use.

What sets you apart from other providers?

We combine functional design with sustainable commitment and excellent craftsmanship – specifically tailored to real needs such as increased comfort, better fit, and thoughtful details. All this in partnership-based manufacturing in Europe.

How does a return work?

Since duvets and covers are hygiene products, you cannot return an unpacked or used duvet/cover. We only accept unused duvets/covers in their original packaging. The duvet packaging is sealed with a freshness seal, which must not be opened if the duvet is to be returned. As long as the item has not been unpacked, used, or the seal has not been broken, you will receive a refund if you return it within 14 days.

Are there shipping costs?

No – shipping is free.

FAQ – Ordering, Returns & Delivery

Which shipping service do you use?

We ship all orders with DHL. Once the order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Our normal delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.

Since we're a small company, in exceptional cases—e.g., due to particularly high order volumes or delivery delays from the manufacturer—wait times may be slightly longer. We will, of course, inform you if there are any shipping delays.

Can I return my duvet?

Since duvets are hygiene products, we can only accept returns of unused duvets.

A return is therefore only possible if the duvet:

  • is unopened
  • is in the original packaging and
  • the freshness seal is still closed.

Unfortunately, once the duvet has been unpacked, used, or slept in, it cannot be returned.

What if I have questions about my order?

If you have any questions about your order or shipping status, you can contact us at any time via the contact form or by email. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. So you can track the status at any time.
