Cover instructions for your LELA Sleep down duvet with foot pocket

To make the process quick and easy, please follow these steps.

 

1. Preparation

  • Place the duvet on your bed with the foot pocket facing down, away from you.
  • The top of the blanket faces you

2. Prepare the cover

  • Your duvet cover is two-tone: the inside foot pocket is a different color than the rest.
  • Turn the cover inside out so that the seams face outwards.
  • Open the zipper.

3. Grab the reference

  • Slip both hands through the open side into the cover.
  • Make sure the darker inner pocket hangs down. The fabric will lie flat on your arms, while the other pocket will dangle below.

4. Grab corners

  • Now grab the top corners of the duvet with your hands through the cover (right hand to the right corner, left hand to the left corner).
  • Hold the corners firmly and lift the blanket.

5. Pull down the cover

  • Shake the blanket vigorously so that the cover slides over it from top to bottom.
  • Then put everything neatly back on the bed.
  • Pull the cover to the foot end and close the zipper.
  • Grab the bottom corners and shake the blanket again to spread it evenly.

6. Fold in the foot pocket

  • Place the duvet so that the still unfolded foot pocket is facing upwards.
  • Take the color-contrasting corners of the cover and tuck them into the foot pocket of the blanket like a trouser pocket.
  • This creates the closed foot pocket, which is completely covered by the cover.

7. Finished

  • Turn the duvet over and place it neatly on the bed.
  • Now your Lela duvet with foot pocket is perfectly covered – for warm feet and restful sleep.
