Shipping within Germany
Shipping is only possible within Germany via DHL.

Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the DHL tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.

Partial deliveries
If, for logistical reasons, it is necessary to ship your order in several partial deliveries, you will of course not incur any additional shipping costs.

Questions about orders, returns & delivery

Which shipping service do you use?

We ship all orders with DHL. Once the order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is approx. 5-10 working days.

As we are a small company, in exceptional cases – e.g. due to a particularly high volume of orders or delivery delays on the part of the manufacturer – there may be slightly longer waiting times. We will, of course, inform you if your shipment is delayed.

How does our trial sleep work?

Here's how our trial sleep works:

  • You can test our duvet for 14 nights at your leisure
  • You can return it within 28 days
  • The duvet must be in its original condition:
    unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors, or pet hair
  • The return must be in the original packaging
What if I have questions about my order?

If you have any questions about your order or shipping status, you can contact us at any time via the contact form or by email. We usually respond within 48 hours.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. So you can track the status at any time.

How do I report a complaint or incorrect delivery?

If your order arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us directly with photos and a brief description. We'll find a quick and straightforward solution.
